This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures under which customers may request a return or refund for products purchased from Saw Enterprises. By placing an order with us, you agree to follow the terms described in this policy.
Return Eligibility
Customers may return a product within 7 days of receiving their order. The product must remain in acceptable condition and must not be used more than 70 percent. Items that are excessively used, damaged, or altered beyond the permitted usage will not qualify for a return.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be complete and in the same condition as delivered. Any missing components, visible damage, or misuse may result in rejection of the return request. The product should be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipment back to us.
Refund Processing Method
All approved refunds will be issued directly to the customer’s bank account. Customers must provide accurate bank details at the time of the refund request. The refund will not be issued through any method other than bank transfer.
Processing Time for Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, the refund process begins. Refunds are generally processed within one to two working days. Delays may occur if incorrect information is provided, additional verification is required, or unforeseen circumstances arise.
Shipping Charges for Returns
A shipping fee of 200 PKR applies to all returns. This amount covers the handling and courier cost associated with the return process. The shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted during refund processing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for processing a return or refund is accurate. Incorrect details may delay the refund process. Customers must also ensure that products are returned within the designated timeframe and in the required condition.
